The investments spanned the United States within approximately 50 individual markets, included over 25 hotel brands and independents across all chain scales, and involved business plans and investment strategies ranging from core to opportunistic.    

 

The principals’ experiences span the entire spectrum of the investment lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, financing, closing, business plan creation and execution, asset management, and disposition, at both vertically integrated institutional investment firms and sponsors/operating partners.

 

Novo Lodging Partners is a sponsor and operating partner that co-invests with institutional and high-net-worth investors and seeks value-add and opportunistic investments. Given the principals’ breadth of experience, the firm’s agnostic investment approach does not favor a singular strategy and is focused on identifying and executing a unique transaction thesis for each investment in order to create value appreciation.
